1. What this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit Voltiscore, create or sign in to a Voltis Core account, or use a Voltis Core application (including Pinnacle Transfer, Clipstack, Motivate Me, NotepadPro, PNG Alpha Remover, Image to SVG, Video Compressor, Video editor, Motion Music, Video Interpolator, Content Calendar, Post Maxxing, Sniper, Bars, and Mockups). Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and comparable browser or device APIs.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. They are widely used to make sites work, remember sign-in, or measure traffic. We also use similar storage (for example localStorage) for preferences that stay on your device.
3. How we use cookies and similar technologies
We aim to minimise tracking. Typical uses on Voltis Core and our apps include:
- Essential operation: Cookies or storage needed for basic functionality, security, and keeping you signed in to your Voltis Core account (authentication tokens or session identifiers stored in the browser).
- Preferences: We may save non-essential preferences on your device only (such as appearance or theme) via
localStorage. These stay on your device unless you clear site data. - Analytics: We may use lightweight first-party analytics to understand aggregate visits and performance. Where required, analytics runs only after you consent through a banner or preference centre.
4. What we do not use cookies for
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use cookies on Voltis Core to serve third-party advertising. App content in local-first Voltis Core apps stays on your device unless you explicitly use a sharing, sync, or export feature.
5. Third parties
Embedded links (for example app stores or fonts) may set their own cookies if you interact with those services. Payment and identity providers (for example Apple, Google, or similar) may use cookies as part of sign-in or billing. Refer to those parties' policies for detail.
6. Managing preferences
You can withdraw or adjust consent via a cookie banner or preference centre when offered. Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Disabling essential cookies or storage may sign you out or break parts of Voltis Core.
Desktop and mobile Voltis Core apps may store preferences on the device rather than in a web cookie. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes that storage.
7. Legal bases (UK / EEA users)
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on contract and legitimate interests for essential cookies needed to provide Voltis Core, and consent for optional analytics or similar non-essential technologies where required.
